Terms of service

These terms cover your use of tunefuse and your software licence.

Who provides tunefuse?

I’m Daniel Arden, the maker of tunefuse. I develop and license tunefuse through my company, Daniel Arden s.r.o., which provides your software licence. In these terms, I speak on behalf of my company. “You” means the person using tunefuse.

The app and what you need

tunefuse is an independent Apple Music client for Mac. It requires an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) with macOS 26.4 or later and an ongoing Apple Music subscription, which is not included in the tunefuse price. Apple Music content and services remain subject to Apple’s terms and availability.

Price and payment

The tunefuse licence is a one-time purchase, including applicable taxes. The current price and new-trial duration are shown in the app and on the pricing page. Later offer changes do not alter an existing purchase or a trial deadline already issued to you. There is no recurring tunefuse subscription. The final amount and any currency conversion are shown before you pay.

For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Your payment contract is with Paddle; my company, Daniel Arden s.r.o., provides your software licence.

Paddle Buyer Terms

Your licence

A purchase gives you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use tunefuse on up to 2 registered Macs. Your licence has no scheduled expiry or recurring fee. It does not transfer ownership of tunefuse, music, artwork, or other third-party content to you.

Keep your licence key private. Do not resell or share keys without authorisation, bypass activation limits, or use tunefuse unlawfully. These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law gives you, including any permitted transfer, resale, interoperability, or reverse-engineering rights.

If I have reasonable evidence of unauthorised resale, key sharing, or other serious misuse, I may suspend or revoke the affected licence. Where reasonably possible, I’ll explain why and give you a chance to respond or resolve the issue before revocation. I may suspend access immediately to prevent fraud or ongoing misuse. This does not restrict transfers or resales protected by applicable law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Support, updates, and availability

tunefuse may receive updates, and features may change as the app and Apple Music evolve. I can’t promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. This does not limit remedies you have for software that is faulty or materially different from its description.

Email hello@tunefuse.app for help with the app. Check the release notes for known issues.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing for Paddle purchases are covered by the linked refund policy and applicable consumer law. A full refund ends the licence for that purchase.

Your information

The privacy policy explains how I handle your information through the app, website, and licensing service. Resend delivers transactional licence and recovery emails, including your email address and the message needed to provide your licence. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact me about your data using the details in that policy.

Your rights and resolving problems

These software-licence terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain available. Paddle’s buyer terms separately govern your payment agreement with Paddle. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please contact hello@tunefuse.app first if there is a problem. For an eligible unresolved consumer dispute concerning the software licence, you can seek out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as tunefuse develops. I’ll explain material changes where appropriate. Updates won’t remove rights you already have for an existing purchase.
